It doesn’t.
To be utterly fair, there are far too many blogs already languishing in existence. The world does not need another blog. Why then, should I add my drivel to the abundance of tortured 1s and 0s clogging the internet?
Because I want to.
Somehow I made a tacit, unwitting New Year’s resolution to finally start blogging instead of clogging (presumed) sympathetic in-boxes with whatever made me giggle that afternoon. After years of (stupidly) vehement resistance, I’ve finally acquiesced and here we are. Blogging. It’s simultaneously one of the weirdest and most natural things I’ve ever done.
And while the world might not need another blog, it could certainly do with some better blogs. I’ll do my best.
